Start a workout

Open a planned session and tap Start workout. The session shows the distance and the target pace range.

Pace on target

During a run, the watch shows your average pace and whether that pace is on target.

Intervals

An interval step shows the current work, such as 200m Fast, and the target pace for that step. The last step stays listed underneath, for example a 1.5km warm up.
